As primary care practitioners, chiropractors can develop and carry out a comprehensive treatment/management plan, recommend therapeutic exercise, non-invasive therapies, and provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counselling. Contrary to popular belief, chiropractors treat more than just neck and back pain. This includes but is not limited to; shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle discomfort. A typical treatment may include soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, heat/cold packs, electrical muscle stimulation, mobilization/manipulation of joints and rehabilitative exercises.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy involves the assessment and treatment of soft tissues in the body including muscles, tendons, connective tissue, fascia and ligaments. Massage therapy helps to alleviate the pain or discomfort associated with everyday physical stress, injuries, muscular overuse and several chronic conditions.


Orthotics

Kaleigh was raised in Prince Edward Island, where she grew up playing rugby, curling, and powerlifting. She later moved to Fredericton to pursue her education; earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UNB while competing on the UNB rugby team. After earning her degree, she worked as a head coach at a local gym, where she developed and delivered effective, goal-oriented programming for clients.

In 2025 Kaleigh graduated with honours from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage. Her education and experience have equipped her with strong skills in client assessment, problem solving, and providing a safe, supportive, and caring treatment space.

Outside of practice, Kaleigh enjoys spending time with her fiance and dog, training and coaching at the gym, and attending jiu-jitsu classes.

Jayda is a passionate Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping individuals fuel their bodies and minds in a sustainable and stress-free way. A graduate of Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (Class of 2021), Jayda completed her practicum through various Nova Scotia Health facilities and hospitals, gaining hands-on clinical and community experience. Jayda’s journey in nutrition is deeply rooted in her background as a high-performance athlete. She played varsity basketball at both Acadia and UNB and has proudly represented Team Canada. This athletic experience, combined with her professional training, gives her unique insight into sports nutrition and the real-life challenges athletes face. Jayda has worked with the UNB Sport Practicum Program and currently provides nutrition support through the Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic (CSIA), where she helps athletes optimize performance through practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies.

Her approach to nutrition is built around the philosophy that all foods fit. Jayda believes that food should fuel our lives—not complicate it.
